If you are exploring dealer or distribution cooperation
You may share the country or region of interest, the customer groups you serve, your experience with mining or industrial equipment and the product range you would like to discuss. If you already know the type of demand or expected timing, include it as context. It is fine to describe these items as preliminary estimates.
Do not assume a territory, exclusivity, discount, minimum order quantity or qualification policy. Ask which commercial terms and market information can be reviewed for your specific proposal.
If you are discussing OEM / ODM requirements
Describe the product or payload band, destination market and the requirements you would like reviewed. Topics might include branding, configuration, technical documents, labels, packing or market-specific documentation. Listing a topic does not mean every option is available; the scope must be assessed against the product and project.
